Poster Parade: Tube 150
2013 marks the 150th anniversary of the Underground. Along with a number of siginificant activities the Museum is holding a major exhibition, Poster Art 150, featuring 150 of the Underground's greatest posters. We'd like to find out which poster you would like to see on display. Our team of Young Consultants and Young Advisors have created a shortlist for you to choose from. Choose your favourite and tell us in 40 words or less why this is your choice. Your poster and comment may featuring in one of our upcoming Poster Parade displays during the 2013 celebrations!
This poster reminds me of my mum, because she loves watching documentaries about astronomy, and on very clear nights we always go to the terrace and try to recognize some of the planets.
When I see this poster it reminds me of my childhood, when I used to watch the most popular childrens program in England, called Thomas the tank engine & friends.
The colours in this poster remind me of a cosy winters day in my living room in front of a warm log fire. At the same time I am looking out of the window and I can see one of my orange trees.
